The team at Etisbew did a great job: they excelled themselves in the bidding process by being very willing to demonstrate their track record / abilities and answer my questions before I had to commit myself. Thereafter, inspite of the fact that the nature of the project changes quite considerably, Etisbew coped in a professional and helpful way. The initial solution to our needs did not work exactly as planned. However the team at Etisbew persevered and came up with a solution and delivered a system which met my requirements and they stuck to the original budget inspite of all the extra work involved. Throughout the project they kept in touch on a daily basis via MSN. Overall I was very impressed and vey happy with the service I received.
An excellent job (again). The only reason that Etisbew did not "far exceed" my expectations is that I have done earlier projects with them and have been delighted by their excellent work (so my expectations were already very high).
